Singapore / Dubai, May 2026 — CYFIRMA, the leading preemptive external threat landscape management company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Hamid Bafghi as Director of Sales for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.
Hamid brings over 20 years of enterprise sales leadership experience in cybersecurity and technology, with a strong track record of building and scaling revenue across MEA, Turkey, and India. He most recently served as Sales Director at Commercis Technology and previously led Cybersecurity Sales & Presales at BT Security. He also founded a cybersecurity and management consulting firm in 2014 after leaving BT.
Hamid has expertise across cybersecurity that extends to threat intelligence, SOC services (including SIEM, EDR, and NDR), and GRC. He has worked across key sectors including telecom, aviation, retail, banking, and government. Hamid is highly effective at articulating complex cybersecurity and technology solutions to C-level executives.
